You know it's bad when the people at the National Weather Service radar station say they have to cease operations because they're going to the basement. Eheheheheheh. "Biggest tornado cell they've ever seen." Ack. (It's one county over--for now).

"Teacup sized hail." Funtimes.

What is up with the weather this spring? At least the cat is curled up in my lap and not going to hide among the wires in the entertainment cupboard (where he feels safest during electrical storms).

Edit: Crap. Touchdown in St. Charles Cty, near where a lot of my co-workers live, and large hail where I work. I'm keeping the news on to see if this is headed my way or not.

Stay safe. I hate tornadoes. I also don't have a basement, or indeed even a windowless room in the house.

This is good news. I saw this morning that it was quite bad. EEK.

I am going to go out on a limb here and just say that teacups are not a size that hail should be. I'm glad you're safe.
