I am going to get up off the couch and go to the gym. I am. I really am.

When I have come back, I will edit this post to say that I went.

Here is what I plan to do:

  • Usual warmup, minus the plyometric stuff that hurts my foot (stupid neuroma)

  • 2 planks (60s), and 2 side planks each side (45s)

  • Alt. sets of split squats and barbell rows (3 sets of 12)

  • Alt. sets of Romanian deadlifts and alt. arm chest press (3 sets of 12)


  • Now I'm gonna hit post and get off my butt and get going. See y'all in an hour or so.

    Edit: Workout = done! I did the whole thing, even though I had to lowball the barbell rows and last set of chest presses.
